Live at 5 Update

Saivian’s “Facebook Friday" is now part of our "Facebook Live at 5" series, which occurs every MondayWednesday, and Friday at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Access to the Facebook Live at 5 videocasts is only available on our Saivian Connect Facebook group. The videos will not appear on YouTube or any other public forum. Membership into the group is by invitation only; so if you have yet to join, ask a member to add you to the group.

As a reminder, the Saivian Connect Facebook group is for Saivian members ONLY. Please do not invite anyone to the group who is not a member of Saivian. The purpose for Saivian Connect is to release internal updates and communications from our corporate team directly to our affiliates and members. We ask that everyone keep in mind that Saivian Connect is not a customer support forum, and is a designed to be a positive, uplifting community experience. If you have support questions, our 24/7 Call Center is always available by calling +1 213 328 2943. You may also submit a support ticket through your Back Office.

Contest Winner

ePin
We here at Saivian are always looking for ways to help our members and affiliates. The introduction of our new ePin feature has been met with a lot of positive feedback. As mentioned on Wednesday’s edition of Facebook Live at 5, Saivian has been in negotiations with the third-party vendor that provides our ePin technology, and we are happy to report that you will soon be able to signup new members or renew memberships for only $135. We will let everyone know by Monday when this new lower fee goes into effect. As more and more members use this ePin technology, we will be able to negotiate again, thus reducing the fee even more. Additionally, you can use ePin to apply for your virtual and plastic cards. 

Membership
We’ve said it before and it definitely deserves to be repeated: Saivian is taking the world by storm! We are growing so fast that the counter on our website is now outdated. Our membership rate is now at one (1) new member every seven (7) seconds. That is incredible growth. And we want to thank each and every one of you for helping spread the word about Saivian.

Website
On some Windows-based computers, the dropdown menu on our website wasn’t functioning properly. That error has been fixed.

Back Office & SaiviPAY
If you head over to your Back Office, you will notice it has a fresh new look and a lot of great new enhancement features. One of these great new features is the addition of a SaiviPAY tab at the top of the page. SaiviPAY is our exclusive payment system that features:
  • SaiviCARD - works just like our previous pass technology
  • SaiviBTC - bitcoin-based payment system; still in development
  • SaiviALT, - third-party payment processors
We are happy to report that under SaiviALT, you will find the application to apply for your virtual and physical card. Our programmers have incorporated a physical address verification feature that will help ensure proper delivery of your physical card. If you already have a physical or virtual card, there is no need to reapply. However, if you do reapply, you might be issued a new card. For those who have already paid the $25 fee, you will NOT be asked to pay again since your account ID is already in our system. Email will not be used to deliver your virtual card. It will appear in your Back Office in 48 hoursor less (24 hours to approve the application + 24 hours for our vendor to tie it to your ID). You will receive your physical card via postal service. 

Support
All support questions must be submitted by way of a support ticket in your Back Office or by calling our 24/7 Call Center at +1 213 328 2943. In order for us to properly address your support questions, they MUST be funneled through these proper channels. Seeking out support through other methods (like Facebook) only results in a more scattered collection of things to address. So, please, continue to submit your support questions through these proper channels, because it really does speed up the process.

SaiviINFO 
Our new Q&A reference site called SaiviINFO is still being developed. SaiviINFO is designed to answer many of the most common Saivian-related questions. This new feature will allow you to search by one to two-word topics or even full questions, such as “What is the Global Savings Plan?” Once this new feature is ready for release, there will be a link available in your back office.

SaivianVT
Our virtual training system, SaivianVT is being fashioned right now! And we are excited to announce that the official launch for this product will be during the Macau, China event in March.

MAP & Affiliate Manuals
The Merchant Advertising Platform (MAP) user manual is still in development. Soon it will be sent to our Mastermind review team for a final look before being released.  Our official Affiliate manual is also still in development.

Saivian International is happy to announce its Macau, China event!This is the official Attendee Confirmation & Meal Package Upgrade for Saivian members and affiliates who have already registered for this event in their back office.

If you have already pre-registered for the event, simply confirm your attendance by selecting the Pre-Paid Attendee Confirmation option.

If you would like to upgrade your ticket, select the Meal Package Upgrade for $199. This upgrade package includes two premium lunches (Saturday and Sunday) valued at $99 + a $100 marketing voucher that is redeemable at The Saivian Store (thesaivianstore.com). After the event, vouchers will be issued to those who registered for the upgrade.
If you have not yet registered for the event, you may still do so. By selecting New Registration, you will automatically receive the $199 Meal Package Upgrade.
