Company Growth Saivian continues to break records around the world! We are doing things that no other marketing company has ever done. Website & Back Office Maintenance Every Sunday at 2:00 PM Pacific, the saivian.net website and Back Office will undergo scheduled maintenance. This is done to maintain our servers and solidify system integrity. Maintenance time will run between one and two hours. GSP & MAP Promotion As part of our #SpringIntoSaivian promotion, we are offering new GSP and MAP signup passes for only $99. This promotion starts Friday, March 24 and will end Friday, March 31. Just a reminder, this is for customers only, and new signups MUST uncheck the affiliate option on the signup page. Top 500 Our Saivian Top 500 returns! Cash Back Wallet - Redemption & Available Balance In order to make a redemption, your Cash Back Wallet must have an available balance of $125 or $250. Receipts are now good for 70 days. That's 10 extra roll over days! After hearing your feedback, we are working to make the Available Balance page a little easier to understand. On Monday, March 27, only the "Available Balance" will appear. Merchant Advertising Platform (MAP) A report has been pulled for all new merchants that signed up for our Merchant Advertising Platform (MAP) on and after February 4, 2017. Effective immediately, we have reactivated those accounts if they were inactive or extended their membership 28 days if they were active. The MAP manual will be officially released on Monday, March 27once the MAP Portal programming is complete. MAP training videos will also follow programming completion. Just as this week has been dubbed SaiviLUX Week, all of next week will be MAP Week. Support Much appreciation goes to our U.S. and Philippine support teams. Support tickets are being answered in real time. Also, Saivian phone support will soon include Mandarin Chinese. We are training those support staff members now. Credit Card Signup Our new 3DS technology is scheduled for testing on Friday, and is projected for rollout next week. Mobile App New enhancements are being made to our mobile app, which include redemption capabilities, MAP integration, and push notification. Wire frames for this update were approved today, and completion time is projected for next week. We will make an announcement once the update hits the App and Google Play stores. SaiviLUX & Aurae As mentioned earlier, this entire week (March 20-26) is being dubbed SaiviLUX Week since we are revealing all the details about our new premium pay card system. These details include how to order your cards, rollout dates, pricing, and more.  Our new SaiviLUX and SaiviLUX Gold cards are backed by Aurae. Be sure to visit the Aurae website to learn a bit more about the company, its amazing conceierge services,  and all about its President, CEO, and Founder, Christoper Scanlon. This Friday's Facebook Live at 5 will be coming to you directly from the Aurae headquarters in Salt Lake City. Mr. Scanlon will be the featured guest during that videocast. A special message for affiliates who received their SaiviLUX cards during the Macau event: If your card arrived with the Aurae logo on it instead of the Saivian logo, don't worry. It's the same card. Your Aurae logoed card will be replaced with a Saivian logoed card after all the cards have been distributed. The phased rollout of the SaiviLUX and SaiviLUX Gold cards is as follows: March 24: 5-Star rank and above March 29: 1-Star to 4-Star rank April 5: VIP and Elite rank April 12: Founder rank and Members Aurae has assured us that it is possible to separate the plastic and virtual cards so that members can start receiving their cash back via the virtual card sooner than the April 12rollout. We hope to have this finalized by this Friday. Reminder: SaiviLUX falls under the SaiviALT category in our SaiviPAY payment processing system. Any payment processing the falls under this category is done via a third-party vendor, and those vendors have fees and operate on their own timetables. This is something we cannot control. Our SaiviCARD (formerly known as a pass), however, has no additioinal fees and can be used instantly. SaiviPAY SaiviCARD: formerly known as passes; no fees, use instantly. SaiviBTC: BitCoin-based payment system; coming soon. SaiviALT: third-party vendors; processing fees, delivery delays. President Update

Dear Members and Affiliates, Happy Chinese New Year! Congratulations on signing up nearly 100,000 new members in the last two weeks alone! We are almost at 300,000 total active members! At this current growth rate we will surpass 1,000,000 active members by this coming summer! This momentum will push us to a BILLION Dollar Company in 2018. We will continue to work together to stay on track to our march to Billions. The Saivian Showcase events have been a huge success all around the world.  I want to personally thank all our leaders who helped these events run smoothly and produce great results. This all leads up to the main event Showcase in Los Angeles on Saturday, February 4, 2017. This event will start promptly at 12 noon and end at 2pm. Only registered members and affiliates will be admitted. We just received confirmation that we can once again open up the registration as we have now been upgraded to Premier House Theater 1 with a seating capacity of 800. Remember though you must be a member and registered for the event in your back office. The All In Chinese New Year Promotion has officially ended and all bonuses are posted to the bonus wallet today. Congratulations to all affiliates who qualified for the bonus payouts. As a special added bonus, we will be allowing redemptions from both the ewallet and bonus wallet for the All In new sign up passes until Thursday, February 2nd. Beginning February 3rd the All In passes will no longer be able for purchase or redemption. Finally, the Macau event continues to attract affiliate registrations from around the world. To date we have over 6,000 registered. We will leave open the registration until January 31 or 7,500 registrations whichever comes first. Remember the registration is only $250 for the two day event. Please be sure to register you and your team in the back office before it's too late! I want to personally thank each and every one of our Members and Affiliates. Wednesday's Facebook Live at 5 videocast included the following updates: Active Members Saivian International currently has 542,431 active members. The current signup rate is one (1) new member every seven (7) seconds. With this level of growth, we continue to monitor our progress and evaluate our programs and technologies. As always, we are devoted to delivering a quality membership. ePin / Virtual & Plastic Card As many of you are aware, you can now signup new members, renew memberships, and pay for your virtual and plastic card via our latest enhancement, the ePin. For the past week we’ve worked hard to ensure this new technology works for all our members across the world. Along the way, we’ve made improvements, and we now have an answer for the members in Taiwan and other surrounding countries. We contacted our third-party vendor, and they suggested when selecting your country during the application process, choose China from the dropdown menu instead. This will help ensure your card is delivered.   Support Our support center has been extremely busy the last week and a half. Our support staff has quadrupled in size as we continue to add and train more support technicians. We ask that everyone have patience with us as we supercharge this team. It’s been noted that our 24/7 Call Center agents spend over 50% of their time tackling the same topics. For this reason, we will be introducing Internal Voice Recordings (IVR). This new feature will help save time for not only our support agents, but for customers and affiliates who call in. When a member calls the Call Center, they will hear five (5) automated assistance prompts that will help guide them to an agent that specializes in their specific support need. This feature will be coming soon. By Saturday, March 4th, all domestic and Asian support tickets will be caught up. Once this happens, our goal will be to respond to new support tickets within 24 hours or less.  Additionally, the Cash Back redemption verification process will be streamlined as we are training our new support agents on what to look for.  SaiviFAST/TRAK coming soon! With SaiviFAST/TRAK, qualifying affiliates will be able to grow their business faster and easier. This great new enhancement package will include SaiviLUX, which picks up where the plastic and virtual cards leave off, and will allow affiliates to transfer funds from their SaiviLUX card to any bank account. SaiviLUX also comes with some unique concierge services. The SaiviFAST/TRAK package also includes SaiviGEM, which is a device designed to broadcast over 100 yards to any bluetooth enabled Android phone. This small device can fit in your pocket and is GREAT for MAP Store owners. MAP Stores can now broadcast special messages to potential customers nearby, and that customer doesn’t even have to signup for something in order to receive the “Join Saivian” messages. SaiviPAY If you go the SaiviPAY tab in your Back Office, and click on SaiviALT in the dropdown menu, you will see that we have refined the page. We have added Chinese helping points to assist with our Chinese customers. Our current SaiviPAY focus is getting the virtual card in your Back Office easily and the plastic cards delivered swiftly. Once this is done, our next focus will be to offer the option of loading those cards. If you have applied for the virtual and plastic cards, they will be delivered next week. Once received, it will be hours or days before you can load it instead of weeks. We appreciate your patience through this process.   Reminder Did you know that there is a search feature on the Saivian Connect Facebook page? It makes it easy to locate posts, hashtags, etc. For example, if you’re trying to find the last episode of Facebook Live at 5, you can search for #SaiviNEWS, and you will find everything with that hashtag. Give it a try! Macau On Monday’s Facebook Live at 5 videocast, we stated that we will not be doing a Facebook Live at 5 because we will be out of the country preparing for an amazing Macau event. Well, we have good news for you. We will, in fact, be broadcasting a Facebook Live at 5 from Macau on Friday at 5PM Pacific. Great things will be unveiled during this 7,000+ attendee event, including special incentives for attendees.  SaiviINFO The SaiviINFO site is nearing completion as we add more questions and answers to the growing list. We are pushing for this great new tool to be unveiled during the Macau event. Special Message from Saivian President,  EJ Dalius Mr. EJ Dalius spoke about the true purpose of the Saivian Connect Facebook group and Facebook Live at 5 videocasts. These special information tools are designed to inform Saivian members and affiliates as a group, and are not to be used for individual support requests—regardless of any inside relationships. Saivian has a support team in place and support requests MUST be funneled through our 24/7 Call Center or by way of support ticket in the Back Office. EJ also expressed that many of the issues relating to SaiviALT are out of our control considering we’re dealing with third-party vendors. As we discover issues with the products and services provided by these third-party vendors,  we must remember that we are working on their timetables. The good news is, 90% of all SaiviPAY transactions are via SaiviCARDs (our pass system). The SaiviCARD has no additional fees and is instant.
