Saivian International currently has 542,431 active members. The current signup rate is one (1) new member every seven (7) seconds. With this level of growth, we continue to monitor our progress and evaluate our programs and technologies. As always, we are devoted to delivering a quality membership.
ePin / Virtual & Plastic Card
As many of you are aware, you can now signup new members, renew memberships, and pay for your virtual and plastic card via our latest enhancement, the ePin. For the past week we’ve worked hard to ensure this new technology works for all our members across the world. Along the way, we’ve made improvements, and we now have an answer for the members in
Taiwan and other surrounding countries. We contacted our third-party vendor, and they suggested when selecting your country during the application process, choose China from the dropdown menu instead. This will help ensure your card is delivered.
Support
Our support center has been extremely busy the last week and a half. Our support staff has quadrupled in size as we continue to add and train more support technicians. We ask that everyone have patience with us as we supercharge this team. It’s been noted that our 24/7
Call Center agents spend over 50% of their time tackling the same topics. For this reason, we will be introducing Internal Voice Recordings (IVR). This new feature will help save time for not only our support agents, but for customers and affiliates who call in. When a member calls the Call Center, they will hear five (5) automated assistance prompts that will help guide them to an agent that specializes in their specific support need. Saturday, March 4th, all domestic and Asian support tickets will be caught up. Once this happens, our goal will be to respond to new support tickets
within 24 hours or less. Additionally, the Cash Back redemption verification process will be streamlined as we are training our new support agents on what to look for.
SaiviFAST/TRAK coming soon!
With SaiviFAST/TRAK, qualifying affiliates will be able to grow their business faster and easier. This great new enhancement package will include SaiviLUX, which picks up where the plastic and virtual cards leave off, and will allow affiliates to transfer funds from their SaiviLUX card to any bank account. SaiviLUX also comes with some unique concierge services. The SaiviFAST/TRAK package also includes SaiviGEM, which is a device designed to broadcast over 100 yards to any bluetooth enabled Android phone. This small device can fit in your pocket and is GREAT for MAP Store owners. MAP Stores can now broadcast special messages to potential customers nearby, and that customer doesn’t even have to signup for something in order to receive the “Join Saivian” messages.
SaiviPAY
If you go the SaiviPAY tab in your
Back Office, and click on SaiviALT in the dropdown menu, you will see that we have refined the page. We have added Chinese helping points to assist with our Chinese customers. Our current SaiviPAY focus is getting the
virtual card in your Back Office easily and the plastic cards delivered swiftly. Once this is done, our next focus will be to offer the option of loading those cards. If you have applied for the virtual and plastic cards, they will be delivered next week. Once received, it will be hours or days before you can load it instead of weeks. We appreciate your patience through this process.
Reminder
Did you know that there is a search feature on the Saivian Connect Facebook page? It makes it easy to locate posts, hashtags, etc. For example, if you’re trying to find the last episode of Facebook Live at 5, you can search for #SaiviNEWS, and you will find everything with that hashtag. Give it a try!
On Monday’s Facebook Live at 5 videocast, we stated that we will not be doing a Facebook Live at 5 because we will be out of the country preparing for an amazing Macau event. Well, we have good news for you. We will, in fact, be broadcasting a Facebook Live at 5 from Macau on Friday at 5PM Pacific. Great things will be unveiled during this 7,000+ attendee event, including special incentives for attendees.

The SaiviINFO site is nearing completion as we add more questions and answers to the growing list. We are pushing for this great new tool to be unveiled during the Macau event.
Special Message from Saivian President, EJ Dalius
Mr. EJ Dalius spoke about the true purpose of the Saivian Connect Facebook group and Facebook Live at 5 videocasts. These special information tools are designed to inform Saivian members and affiliates as a group, and are not to be used for individual support requests—regardless of any inside relationships. Saivian has a support team in place and support requests MUST be funneled through our 24/7 Call Center or by way of support ticket in the Back Office. EJ also expressed that many of the issues relating to SaiviALT are out of our control considering we’re dealing with third-party vendors. As we discover issues with the products and services provided by these third-party vendors, we must remember that we are working on their timetables. The good news is, 90% of all SaiviPAY transactions are via SaiviCARDs (our pass system). The SaiviCARD has no additional fees and is instant.
The next Saivian event will be announced after the Macau event. Be on the lookout for that announcement.
